A great week, during which I had time to learn drilling algorithms, get into the atmosphere of an international company, and to see the variable frequency drive in person — I was writing my diploma about it. The week flew by unnoticed. It seemed as if we had just been in Surgut — and already we are in Tyumen. Although we only had a week, we managed to learn a lot about the oil and gas industry and learn something we didn't know before. I was impressed even at the first meeting for the winners — how was it possible to unite so many talented and motivated girls in one place? We all became close friends instantly, studying notes together and explaining material to each other. A week at that pace, and you feel like you can't do it anymore without the green helmet and evenings with mentors. At that point you realize you'll be back in Schlumberger.
